1. FCC ID
The FCC has three certification modes for different products: Verification, Declaration of Conformity (***) and Certification. Different certification modes require testing laboratories to obtain FCC accreditation, and have different application, testing and declaration requirements. FCC ID is the Certification mode. Certification is the process by which the FCC signs device approval based on application and test data. The FCC reviews the samples (or photos) and test data submitted by the applicant, and gives an FCC ID number if it meets the requirements of the FCC rules.
2. Which products require FCC ID

3. Certification process
1. Complete test samples and accessories are provided by the customer and submitted to the laboratory;
2. The customer needs to provide complete technical information (application form, circuit diagram, PCB board diagram, BOM table, product manual, circuit description, circuit block diagram), and the information must be in English electronic files;
3. Tested by the laboratory and give a test report;
4. Laboratory audit data and reports;
5. The laboratory submits the test report and technical data to TCB;
6. The certificate is issued by TCB. |
